Insurance Information

We work with most of the major insurance companies. There are many different insurance companies and even more plans within each company, which can make it difficult for our staff to know all of the allowed fees. Before your examination, we recommend that you review your benefits with a representative from your insurance company or contact your benefits office at your place of employment to obtain a description of your benefits.

What to Expect

Eye examinations are generally recommended on a yearly basis. Our doctors use the most advanced instruments to test for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease, macular degeneration, and many other potential eye conditions. Following your eye exam, our doctors will discuss their findings, vision correction options, and answer any questions you may have. We are proud of our doctors and we pledge to provide the finest personalized eyecare to all of our patients!

Payment Options

In our efforts to meet the needs of as many patients as possible, we gladly accept a wide variety of payment options including most major credit cards, flex spending and HSA accounts, as well as other options. If you have any questions about payments, feel free to contact us to confirm that we accept the method that you prefer.

  • Credit Cards
  • Flex Spending
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • CareCredit Patient Payment Plans
  • Ask about our Time of Service Savings Options.

Care Credit

The Care Credit card is available to help people pay for health care expenses, often with an introductory period that is interest-free. We accept Care Credit for all of our services. To learn more or apply for the card, visit Care Credit here.

All of the mentioned plans and payment options can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.
